That wild and crazy screaming guy,'Sam Kinison' releases a single, "Wild Thing" and as a stand-up he has covered many topics everything from world hunger to women.

We lost this intense comedian back in 1992 but he certainly left his mark in the world. he even won a Grammy for 'Best Spoken Comedy Album" and he was pretty harsh especially when it came down to politics. Sam did follow his father's footsteps and became a Pentecostal preacher before hitting the stage as a comedian.

His career primarily got under way in Houston, Texas where he started to get gigs in small nightclubs. He received recognition after appearing on Rodney Dangerfield's Ninth Annual Young Comedians Special which aired on HBO.

It was his habit of the big party that included drugs and alcohol that finally took it's toll on the artist.

Sam recorded a  version of Wild Thing (The Troggs) that was recorded as a novelty in 1988, you can find it on his album Have You Seen Me Lately?.

The video was a regular on MTV with many cameos of Rodney Dangerfield, Steve Tyler and Joe Perry (Aerosmith),  Slash and Steven Adler (Gun's and Rose's), The band Ratt, Billy Idol, Steve Vai and even Dweezil Zappa just to name a few. It also included a pretty raunchy scene with Jessica Hahn rolling around on a mat.

It was a mere six days prior to his death that he married Malika Souiri which takes me to his death the night of April 10th,1992 that he was struck by a young man, 17 years of age that had been drinking and driving a Pick-up Truck  that killed Sam in his Pontiac Trans Am.
