Heavy snow is expected to continue this evening, with 7-13" of accumulation expected in St. Cloud by morning, with higher amounts to the north & east. A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect through 1 am tonight, including St. Cloud, Little Falls, Brainerd, Foley, Milaca, and Princeton.

The city of St. Cloud has lifted its snow emergency as of 12:01 p.m. on Saturday, February 22nd due to favorable weather conditions .

Winter officially arrives at 11:11am today, and it all ready looks a lot like Christmas; with reinforcement on the way. Expect light snow Sunday into Monday, with 1-3" of accumulation. Cold on the way too, with Monday's high struggling to reach 0˚.

The city of St. Cloud has declared a snow emergency starting tomorrow morning.

They won't be the first snowflakes we've seen, but there may be a lot more of them than we've had so far this Fall. The National Weather Service is saying that 2-4 inches of snow may accumulate in the St. Cloud area tomorrow night.

Minnesota has obviously had a very unusual winter this year. Between the warm, record breaking temps and the lack of snow, I feel like I'm living in a completely different state.
