The 48th annual Waite Park Family Fun Fest starts early Thursday with a city-wide garage sale day, a bike rodeo and later on a Kiddie Parade.

The celebration continues Friday with a car show in the afternoon and German Night festivities will bring back memories from the old Spass Tagg days.
