The Homeless Guy On The Corner, Do You Give Money? [POLL]

Personally I have a couple of times until I saw something that kind of disturbed me somewhat...Came across a guy on the street corner holding up the "Homeless" sign, need help please give.

When I looked close enough, this so called homeless person had a carton of cigarettes hanging out of his backpack.

I said to myself, if this person can buy a carton of smokes he surely can buy some food for him and his family. What does a carton of smokes cost these days (?) something like $80.00.
