  • Jimi Hendrix has been dead for almost 47 years, but the Hendrix family still are fighting over his name rights. • One of the Van Halen boys is working on his own solo LP, and come to find out he's doing it ALL by himself. This new album is coming from Wolfgang Van Halen, (Eddie's son) and after a recent report we've found out that Wolfie is playing every instrument that is recorded on this album. So far, we have no word on an album title or release date.
  • Lots of classic rockers have been knighted in the U.K., and now we can add Kinks frontman Ray Davies to the list! He was knighted today by the Prince of Whales at Buckingham Palace. Some previously knighted rockers include Paul McCartney, Elton John, Mick Jagger, Rod Stewart and Van Morrison!
  • This year’s music lineup just keeps getting better and better in Minnesota – as Jefferson Starship is coming to Hopkins in May! You’ll be able to check them out on May 5th at the Hopkins Center. Get ticket info on the 103.7 The Loon Concert Calendar!
