Too Soon For Flowers? [POLL]

I need your input, I know of this gal whom I like and I asked her to dinner, she said yes and she took my number, now my question to you is...

Now keep in mind, I await her call so we can get together for dinner. We're both going through similar personal issues which right there is something in common.

Again, she hasn't called me yet but I thought I would send some flowers to her work basically stating "Have a great day."

Is it too soon to send flowers or should I wait til after a few days after the date?
