A woman was pulled out of her vehicle with seconds to spare after she driving into a river. The description in the video said this:

"At around 4pm, a woman drove her car into the Schuylkill River from the parking lot of the Schuylkill River Trail. I took this video after I called 911, so I didn't get an early video of the scene. The woman's car was floating in the river when a man, who was driving by at the time, saw the car, stopped and jumped in to help her. Another man, who yelled 'that is my wife' jumped in too, while a third man swam a tire iron out to the car to help break the windows." Read the rest here.
