The latest big winner did it in Vegas. She didn't win 1.1 million but still picked up a pretty tidy sum in Vegas.  Shannon Stachowiak of Vadnais Heights, hit the Mega Progressive jackpot on 3 card poker machine at Bally's in Las Vegas.

She and her husband were in Vegas celebrating their wedding anniversary over Valentine's Day when Shannon hit the jackpot.  Shannon played the machine for about 30 minutes before she hit and won $231,459. That's a pretty nice anniversary gift.

According to Las Vegas TV station KTNV, Shannon says she plans to use some of her winnings to pay off her car. Shannon gives her husband partial credit for the big win, claiming he is her good luck charm.

When asked if see had any winning advice for others, she just said "Good luck Baby"
