Deep Purple Coming Soon To A DVD Player Near You

Soon, you can take Roger Glover and the Ians home with you in a variety of formats.

The band's documentary film, Phoenix Rising will be hitting store shelves in a variety of forms next week. You can take your pick of a single DVD, Blu-Ray or a CD/DVD digipack.

Rising will feature interviews from band members past and present, including Jon Lord and Glenn Hughes as well as backstage shenanigans and unseen footage from a show in Japan.

The group is currently on tour with a 30 piece orchestra and played the Orpheum Theater in Minneapolis this past Sunday.

Phoenix Rising comes out June 28.
