Emilio Estevez Was in Minnesota for New Movie

Even though Minneapolis is a fairly large city... especially when you group in St. Paul and the surrounding suburbs, for this reason, I'm not sure why we don't have more movie premieres or special screenings for new movies.  Usually those are only on the coasts or in other countries.  Where is out love?

Yesterday (Sunday) Emilio Estevez was in Minneapolis for a screening of his new movie called "The Public".  Its about some homeless people in Ohio who wind up spending a night in a library.  Estevez stars and directs the movie.  Anyone could have gone, wish I would have known sooner, that would have been cool to see. The screenings are taking place in libraries across the country and the one in Hennepin County happened to be one of them.

 The movie officially comes out in April and will hit the theaters April 5th.
