House Used In Grumpy Old Men Is For Sale
Well, here ya go! This is cool. Remember the houses in the movies Grumpy Old Men and Grumpier Old Men? The movie was set in Wabasha, Minnesota, but the houses that they used for where they lived are located in St. Paul. And now one of them is up for sale. It's like owning a piece of Hollywood history. I love these old character homes. I don't necessarily like some of the upkeep and possibly updating of plumbing and electrical work, but owning a piece of history does have it's charm.
So, would you live here? Would you want to change anything or just leave it the way it is? The idea of leaving it the way it is does have it's appeal... "hey, check this out..." kind of thing when people come to visit.
It does have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and just $249,900, and in a good area. Seems like a good deal!
