I Was Expecting an Engagement Ring for Christmas, He Got Me Luggage

Dear Baxter,

I just had the most disappointing Christmas ever!  I was sure my boyfriend was going to pop the question this Christmas and was really expecting an engagement ring under the tree.  Well, to make a long story short, he gave me luggage.  I'm not sure what to make of this gesture.

Well Peg, you know the season is all about sharing with the one you love, so I suggest you pack up all your boyfriend's stuff in your new luggage, of course and set it out on the front step.  He failed to take your first hint, maybe this one will connect.  Hope this helps.
