It’s Time To Prancercise Everybody! We Had To Try It Here Too [VIDEO]

When I first saw this video, my wife Ali and I didn't think it was real. This had to be a joke and not a real type of exercise. Sadly it is, and the lady in this video is dead serious. I'm not sure I'd sport the look of a blazer, blingy necklace and camel toe while doing it though! Can you imagine seeing somebody doing this down the side of the road?

We needed to make sure this would be a good form of exercise here at The Loon, so we grabbed everybody and started Prancercising! See the video below:
