Buck Dharma (Donald 'Buck Dharma' Roeser), penned "Don't Fear The Reaper", provided the vocals  and also performs rock's best known ghostly guitar riffs in that song ( ghost notes are notes you don't have to play if you don't want to and it wont make the song sound any worse).

The song is from the bands fourth album from 1976, titled 'Agents of Fortune' and made Rolling Stone's best rock single in 1976.
