Midtown Bar and Grill Opens April 1st

It's about time that Midtown had another great bar and grill.  I am looking forward to the opening of this new little "joint".  I had the opportunity to attend the soft opening yesterday (Thursday) and was impressed with the bar, patio area, and menu options that will be coming.  It has a much updated look from the previous establishment which closed this past May.

Owner, Craig Weaver (pictured below with Heidi Gustin, Townsquare Media Rep) mentioned that he is excited about the menu he is going to introduce.  He is planning on some pleasantly spicy dishes that he has found to be lacking a bit in the area.  There will also be some unique pizzas, sandwiches, soups and salads.  They will be adding more menu items after the opening in April.

The location is great.  Very centralized for the St. Cloud area, plus serving the over 300 employees in Midtown Square.  Catering will also be available in the renovated area of the former Tuscan Bistro.

Midtown Bar and Grill will open to the public April 1st.
