Every year I look forward to the great Minnesota Get-Together otherwise known as the Minnesota State Fair.  There's everything imaginable on a stick... how they got spaghetti on a stick is still a mystery to me.  But anyway, another great thing is enjoying the Grandstand concerts.

The lineup so far, other than the The Doobie Brothers - 50th Anniversary Tour featuring Tom Johnston, Michael McDonald, Pat Simmons, John McFee with special guest Dirty Dozen Brass Band, includes country artists Tim McGraw and Miranda Lambert.  Rap artist NF, AGT winner Darci Lynne and Friends, and more will be added in the next few weeks.  Tickets are on sale now for the shows that have been booked.

The State Fair always has shows that fit any age and genre.  As well as the Grandstand shows, there are so many stages around the grounds with shows that are free.  Just walk around, if you feel like listening for a bit, just have a seat and enjoy.

Something for everyone at the Minnesota State Fair August 27th through Labor Day.
