I've moved a lot in the last 20 years since I've been in this radio career, and have purchased 4 homes. When you move a lot and actually purchase different homes, you learn what's important and what isn't.  And I will add that I do tend to get pickier each time.

So, I'm always perusing housing listings in several cities.  Most of the time it's just out of curiosity. I want to know how much house you can get for a particular price.

I ran across this gem in St. Cloud.  I say it's the most expensive... not that it's a lot, but it's just a one bedroom.  But you should see the bedroom.  It's huge!  It takes up the whole upstairs!  But here is the thing... also only one bathroom.  And it isn't upstairs.  I mean, even if you only have one bedroom, you really do need two bathrooms.   At the very least, a half bath along with a full bath.

This house is listed at $154,9000 and it was just reduced.  It looks like a flip.  Not knowing anything about the history of this home, to me, it looks like they did some work on the bathroom and  kitchen.  And honestly, it looks like it could still use  some TLC.  It also looks like it's set up to be wheelchair accessible.  That's a plus, I guess, if you are in need of that.

It has a lot of potential.  Maybe make another bedroom?  Would  you pay $150+ for this?
