So, we do live in this area- the land of extremes.  We get the hot in the Summer, along with some pretty substantial humidity.  We also get the frigid air and usual snowstorms.  This brings me to my question.  With a fairly large snowstorm coming, are you excited at the possibility of getting a lot of snow or are you bummed out because it will create a mess and a headache?

I personally am not a big fan of this.  I don't like driving in it.  It takes quite awhile to clean up, and it's a pain.  But, I do think it can be very pretty while it's falling.  And if I didn't have to go anywhere, it would be no problem at all.  Good thing we have a snowblower.  That think is awesome.  I remember the days of having to shovel, and that is awful.  Especially when it's super heavy and wet.  And with the warmer temperatures, that is what this stuff will be.

I think it's funny when people from warm southern states say "do you ever get rid of your snow?"  Yes, yes we do. But that is all they hear about.  It's also funny when people who live here say to people who aren't fans of the cold and snow say "If you don't like it, you can move!".  Those are the same people who don't like the warm Summers.  So, back atcha.  You can move!  I hear Alaska is nice for that.

Cheers to the change in seasons!
