This Poor Lottery Non- Winner

I know that all of us... except one... didn't win the lottery.  I knew I wasn't going to win because I didn't even buy a ticket.  It is still fun to think about what you would do if you had won the 1.6 BILLION dollar lottery.  I can't even fathom that much money.  It's crazy.  Even the Power Ball is at an all time high!

But you buy a $2 ticket, and you wait and watch the winning numbers.  Generally you don't match any of them.  And if you do... maybe it's just a couple, or just the power ball and possibly get your money back, or win some small sum of cash.  Which quite honestly, I would be happy with.  Even that person in Wisconsin who apparently won a million dollars.  How nice is that?  It's not 1.6 Billion, but it's nothing to sneeze at, right?

Then you have this poor soul... this person matched a couple of the numbers, then was just ONE number off from the rest of the numbers.  OH MY GOD!  I would rather be WAY off than to be that close and not win.  It's heartbreaking!
