Every weekday, we take a look at what's happening in Music News.

Check out the headlines HERE:

  • Looks like there's MORE drama revolving around Ratt and their members. A concert that was scheduled for last night in Michigan got canceled because of the legal "name issues" between Bobby Blotzer and the rest of the gang. Due to the dispute, the venue concluded that the concert had to be cancelled, just a few hours before the doors opened. Night Ranger was also scheduled to play at the sold-out show.
  • Elton John is planning on playing at George Michael‘s funeral. The two are famous for their duet on the song “Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me”, which is what Elton wants to perform. George Michael died at the age of 53 on Christmas Day, reportedly due to heart failure.
  • Alec Baldwin has offered to sing AC/DC‘s “Highway to Hell” at Donald Trumps inauguration next month. This is especially funny because Baldwin impersonates Trump on Saturday Night Live, and it appears more artists are turning down the opportunity to play for the President Elect. I am sure Ted Nugent would have no problem performing!
