Every weekday we take a look at what's happening in music news. Check out the headlines for today, here!
- Even though we just had The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductions for this year, plans for 2018 are already underway. The Hall will be returning to Cleveland at the city's Public Hall on April 14th of 2018 - following their tradition of going to Cleveland every three years to hold the ceremony.
- Gregg Allman has cleared the air about being in hospice. Apparently the legendary rocker was never actually admitted into hospice care, but he is currently at home in Savannah resting “on doctor’s orders”. Allman canceled his remaining 2016 concert dates back in November.
- To rebuttal the good news about Gregg, Elton John just spent two days in intensive care in a London hospital following a “harmful and unusual bacterial infection” during a recent tour of South America. John became violently ill during his flight home from Chile. He is expected to have a full recovery.
- And if you’re not a country music fan, you might be after hearing this – Country singer Brad Paisley has a new LP coming out called Love and War, and on this album he got the help of The Rolling Stones singer Mick Jagger and John Fogerty!
