- Despite his previous record of sometimes not showing up to their shows, Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose has perfect attendance after the 32 show tour.
- Metallica performed their brand new single Hardwired for the first time at U.S. Bank Stadium here in Minneapolis last Saturday night!
- The lineup for Neil Young‘s annual Bridge School Benefit Concert has been revealed. This is the 30th year, and will include performances by Metallica, Roger Waters, and Neil Young. This all happens October 22-23rd at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California.
- 3 Doors Down guitarist Matt Roberts died at the age of 38 in Wisconsin. An autopsy is scheduled for this Sunday.
