On April 19th, 2016, Prince visited a clinic in Minnetonka the day before he died of an opioid overdose. The video footage is from the clinic's security cameras inside.

Prince was visiting his long time physician, Dr. Michael Todd Schulenberg on April 19th of 2016, the next day he was found unresponsive in the elevator of his Paisley Park home in Chanhassen, Minnesota.

Police released this video footage the day after it was announced that no criminal charges would be filed in his death. There was not enough evidence to prove who was ultimately responsible for supplying Prince with the counterfeit Vicodin laced with fentanyl that he overdosed on.

Even though Dr. Schulenberg wasn't charged for his death, he agreed to pay $30,000 to settle a federal civil violation for prescribing Prince with illegal medications. It was found that he wrote prescriptions to a different patient's name and supplied those medications to Prince, which is in violation of the Controlled Substances Act.

There's another video that was recently released after the close of the death investigation, which was supplied by TMZ below. It was taken at Paisley Park on the day Prince died during the death investigation. The blacked out spot on the video is likely where Prince was pulled out of the elevator. It's not known for sure, but the food on the break room table may have been for him. If you don't wish to see the scene then don't watch the video. It's provided for those who are trying to understand what that area of Prince's home looked like.
