MINNEAPOLIS - The Miami Heat came out shooting hot and didn't let up in their 109-97 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Minnesota was without starting point guard Jeff Teague due to a sore right Achilles injury.

Miami shot nearly 50 percent from the three-point line making 19 of 39 shots, while Minnesota made just seven on 17 shots.

Karl Anthony-Towns led the team in points and rebounds. He finished with 18 points and 11 rebounds.
