Worst First Pitch Face Ever [PHOTO]

This morning Dave, the not-so-new sports guy, shared a story about getting to run the bases at a Rox game and how when he rounded 3rd, he slipped on the grass and fell flat on his face.  He claims there was a video of this happening at one time, but magically that's gone missing [hint, hint, hint - if you have knowledge of this being in existence, please send my way].

A couple years ago, someone took a snap of me while I was throwing out the first pitch at a Redhawks game in Fargo, ND.  Yes, the picture you see above.

What form though, right?!  Yikes!
