Most of us have been passed by a motorcyclist in an unsafe situation.

But (hopefully) most of know better than to take justice into our own hands. We complain about how that d-bag makes other motorcyclists look bad and how we hope they wipe out, then move on to complaining about texting drivers and politicians.

And then there's Texas.

Eric Sanders and his girlfriend were attempting to pass a slow driver on a county road. The road was marked with double-yellow lines, which means neither direction can legally pass.

As Sanders reached the slow car, the driver swerved at the last second and clipped the front tire of Sanders' motorcycle, causing him to wipe out.

The driver's response? "I don't care."

Granted, Sanders should not have been passing when he did, but leave the justice to the police and the judicial system. Vigilante justice is for third world countries and movies.
