Mark’s Rant On The Proper Use Of The Recycling Bin [VIDEO]

There are certain things that can be thrown in the recycling bin, it clearly states on the outside but often times they are miss-used.

It amazes me how some of us don't know the difference between the bins for garbage and recycling.

If you notice in the recycling bin how it's used as an ash tray dumping ground. Luckily they are still smoldering or ewe have a fire on our hands.

There's nothing on the recycling bin that states dump the cigarette butts in there, unless I'm blind and missed it somewhere. I'm thinking not!
