SCSU beat the U of Mary. St. John's remains unbeaten vs. Carlton. And the Gophers topped Northwestern for the first time in four years.

The #18 Huskies weren't as fortunate, falling to the #11 UMD Bulldogs 34-7 in Duluth. The Gophers dropped to 0-2 in the Big Ten after stumbling at Michigan 42-13.
