Every Thursday morning, depending on Adam not oversleeping, we have Adam from Parkwood Cinema fill us in on what movies are coming out this week. One movie in particular, "Death Wish is a remake of a Charles Bronson classic from the 70's. The crux of the film is the main character, played in the remake by Bruce Willis, seeks revenge on the punk thugs that murdered his wife. I for one, really think Hollywood has run out of ideas and just keeps digging back 30, 40 or 50 years for story ideas and possible remakes. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure Bruce Willis will pull off this part with no problem. It's a great story, yet dark, and you are rooting for the good guy in this film, even though he's not actually such a good guy. So, this weekend check out "Death Wish, starring Bruce Willis from the comfort of one of those comfy leather recliners at Parkwood Cinema. I screwed up videoing this so just tilt your head and rest it on your left shoulder and all is good.
