Alleged Daycare Abuse Exposed: MN Parents Rally Behind Whistleblower Hero
YOUR KIDS ARE EVERYTHING
Your most precious gifts in the world are your children. You do everything you can to ensure they are protected, safe, and happy.
Every parent has to decide who they can trust to help them take care of their children when they cannot. Whether it is because both parents in the homework, or maybe there is only one parent, finding a trustworthy location to bring your children to when you are working has to be a well-thought-out decision.

LIL' EXPLORERS IN PLYMOUTH
Thus, when the parents who bring their kids to Lil' Explorers daycare in Plymouth learned how one worker was treating 2 and 3-year-old children, they were shocked.
Recently, Yannie Thomas, a childcare worker in Plymouth, took 3 videos of what was happening at a daycare facility where she was working, and the parents of the children utilizing that facility are praising her for releasing that information. The videos went viral after Yanni posted them on social media.
I'm happy to inform you that the person who was yelling at these kids at Lil' Explorers in Plymouth was fired. The woman who took the video, quit her job after posting her recordings on social media, and now the parents of those kids are thanking her for informing the public of what was happening at the facility.
FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN FOR YANNI
The parents have started a fundraising campaign for Yanni to help her open her own daycare facility. They are trying to raise $5000 for Yanni and are already at close to $3,000.
Yanni wants to create a healthy environment for the children and their families with her daycare, and wants video access for the parents, so they can check in on their kids throughout the day, to see how things are going. "I definitely think that the relationship with parents will be a lot better than what I've seen in that industry," said Yanni.
PRIORITIZING KINDNESS
According to the fundraising page, the funds raised are going towards everything Yanni will need to build a daycare that will 'prioritize kindness, safety, and respect for every child.'
The page states this from parents: "Every donation, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to making this dream come true. Let's show Yanni that we stand with her- because heroes deserve happy endings, too."
