Everyone Wants to Feel Younger, Right? Tips…
We are sitting in mid-September. This Summer just flew by, although it was one of the hottest on record, we are moving into the Fall. I'll be honest, it's my favorite time of year. The only downfall, it brings us into the Winter. Boo on that! I know, some people absolutely love it and want lots of snow and winter sports type of weather. Not me.
But, even though time seems to be tooling right along, you may want to take some steps to feel a bit younger. Yes, exercise and eating right with help with that, but there are also some other things you can do. Going on vacations tops the list. Hey- yay! Especially time to decompress and relax. They say it takes at least 3 days to separate yourself from work when you go on vacation. Unplug too!
Other things you should do to feel younger is exercising, like mentioned earlier, having sex at least once a week, hang out with your friends and petting a dog or cat. Like get a pet if you don't have one. Great companions.
According to the study doing these things could make you feel up to 15 years younger. So, whether or not you believe any of this stuff- it's still worth a shot, right?
