Free Marijuana for the Poor? [POLL]

The city of Berkeley, California just offered a new benefit for low-income residents: FREE marijuana.

Now, before you quit your job and pack your smoking pipe, just know that this benefit is only for residents of the city who earn less than $32,000 per year and have a prescription for medical marijuana.

Starting next summer, patients who need it will be able to get their herb free from one of Berkeley's dispensaries.
