Geoffrey Arnold Beck was born June 24th, 1944. Beck has an extraordinary resume and is often referred to as "A guitarist's guitarist".

Jeff Beck is one of three guitarists to play with the Yardbirds, Eric Clapton and Jimmy Paige were the other two. He also formed the Jeff beck group and teamed up with Carmine Appice and Tim Bogart to form Beck, Bogart & Appice.

A lot of Beck's recordings were instrumental, while focusing on innovative sound and his recordings have spanned many genres.

Beck appears on albums with Rod Stewart, Mick Jagger, Tina Turner, Donovan, Diana Ross, Jon Bon Jovi, Roger Water, Stevie Wonder, Les Paul, Brian May, Roger Taylor, Stanley Clark, ZZ Top and many more.

Beck came in at number 5 on Rolling Stone's Top 100 Guitarists of All time. He has received seven Grammys over his career and inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Once as a Yardbird in 1992 and once as a solo artist in 2009.
