These devices will translate Minnesotan, Sconnies and Yooper-ese- which, by the way, sounds much like the "Stearns County Accent".

When I moved to Wisconsin (I was there for 4 years) I had people looking at me super weird when I would say "drinking fountain".  According to them it's a "bubbler".  Seriously?? Who, other than you people, says bubbler??

This video, while being very exaggerated, is really still pretty spot on.  I'm sure you know someone who would get a kick out of these gadgets.
