What the heck is the secret to cooking a hard-boiled egg? It shouldn't be that hard but I ALWAYS get sticky shells!

Since starting this Biggest Loser challenge, I'm on a strict diet that includes lots of fruit, veggie, and protein combinations. Hard-boiled eggs are an easy and compatible protein for me and I love them, but I can't ever cook them the correct way. The shell sticks to the egg whites and tears part of the egg off with the shell. On top of that it takes me 20 minutes to peel an egg that is gone in mere seconds.
