    The Clearwater Rodeo

    The Silver Bullet Saddle Club is back with another fantastic show for you at the 38th Annual Clearwater Rodeo. The fun begins tomorrow (Friday) and runs all weekend. Besides watching some great rodeo actions there will also be live music, bull riding, mutton bust, calf ribbon race, food, beer gardens and more. The first performance takes place at 7:00 p.m. and is a rain or shine event. Tickets are $12 in advance or $15 at the door. You can also find them on the Value Connection.

    Under the Stars Movie Series

    Whitney Park

    Grab your lawn chair, blanket and kids and make your way to Whitney Park tonight (Thursday) for another outdoor movie. St. Cloud Park and Recreation is holding their final summer Under the Stars Movie Series. Thursday's feature film is "Finding Dory." Seating will open at 7:30 p.m.with the film starting at dusk. Concessions will be available to buy however the watch the movie is free.

    Central Minnesota Common Roots Festival

    Downtown St. Cloud

    A first ever event is coming to Central Minnesota this weekend. You can enjoy live music featured on 15 stages, at nine venues, with over 175 musicians in downtown St. Cloud starting tonight (Thursday) with the "Central Minnesota Common Roots Festival.” The event was formed as a grassroots effort way to support the downtown businesses during the 5th Avenue street construction project, and at the same time highlight all local musicians. The event is free however you are asked buy a special button for $20, which will also get you several specials at local downtown businesses. The event will kick off with a big party at the Red Carpet tonight (Thursday).

    Pantowners Car Show

    Benton County Fairgrounds

    If you're a fan of classic and antique cars you will want to make your way to the Benton County Fairgrounds Sunday. The Pantowners are holding their 42nd Annual Car Show and Swap this weekend. Along with outdoor displays there will also be indoor displays, arts and crafts and swap vendors. This is a rain or shine event. Tickets are $7 per person and kids 11 and under are free. The car show runs from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

    Avon Music in the Park

    Enjoy some local music in the quiet town of Avon tonight (Thursday). Avon Area Arts is holding their monthly Music in the Park concert series. The featured band will be Random Road, a very talented group of musicians who have an enthusiasm for playing, which creates a fun and toe-tapping environment for all. The show is free to attend and begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Lake Wobegon Trail Park amphitheater. You're encouraged to bring your own seating and food will be available for purchase.
