When I first started driving my dad had all kinds of advice for me.  From having good tires to drinking and driving, etc.

He was most fixated on the recent rash of teen couples dying from carbon monoxide poisoning while parking out in the country during the winter months.

It was common practice to hit the country roads with your girlfriend and jump in the back seat with the engine running to keep warm.

So, everytime I was leaving for a date he would look me straight in the eye and just say "Zipper up, window down".
