Dear Baxter, Sex and Comforting Are Not the Same!

Dear Baxter,

I was upset by something that happened at work last week and when I needed comfort from my boyfriend, he started kissing and undressing me. He always does this! When I had a fight with my sister and was upset about it, the same thing happened. What makes guys think that needing comfort and support is an invitation to intercourse??

Because we're dumb like that.  Imagine the confused state, we men live in, with our blood supply in constant transit between our large and small brains.  Could it be as innocent as your boyfriend being aroused by your vulnerable state?   I don't know (see my 1st sentence).  Hope this helps.
