Sir Paul McCartney is reaching out to his musical peers for a new album and there are some pretty big names on the list.

According to the UK's Sun, Paul is hand picking the bands he wants to cover both his solo work and material from the Wings catalog.

Reportedly on the list are: KISS, Billy Joel and The Cure. Paul's son James is also on board for the project and is, quote, "Over the moon" about working with his famous father.

There is no title as of yet, nor is there a release date set. This will be Paul's first album since 2007's Memory Almost Full.
