We officially had 3 inches of snow fall in the St. Cloud metro yesterday (Friday).

If you were driving through St. Cloud's city streets today, you may have witnessed something you wish you hadn't. In Minnesota, shoveling doesn't have time to wait.

Yesterday, a few coworkers and I went to Southway Bowl in St. Cloud - and on our third game I lost to a bet. With my low score, I had to clean off two of my co-worker's cars! Check out how cold I am in the first snow of the season!

Thanks to the snow, St. Cloud dealt with multiple crashes this Friday (4.8) morning.

While many of you are enjoying our mild winter weather this year, it's been a bummer for people who love to get out and play in the snow. Mike Rathlisberger is the owner of Fitzharris Ski and Sport in downtown St. Cloud. He says sales are down for snow-dependent gear.

Snowfall is 100% certain for Wednesday evening in much of Minnesota, and some parts could see up to 4 inches before it's all over!

Last night on the channel 5 news, Dave Dahl hinted that parts of Minnesota could see snow next Wednesday. I for one love the first snows of the year. (I just need it to be spring in February). We'll track the possible snow for you. Here's when the snow typically starts to fly in St. Cloud.
