Costco’s Minimum Wage Raised to $13 Per Hour
The state of Minnesota minimum wage stays steady at $9 per hour. Costco has decided to raise it's minimum wage to $13 per hour with pay potential up to $22.50 per hour.
There are a handful of large employers who seem to be seeing the value in it's employees by voluntarily offering above state minimum wages. Costco is the latest to make this decision by offering minimum wages at $13 hourly.
Unfortunately for central Minnesota, the nearest Costco is located in Baxter, about an hour north of St. Cloud.
Aldi is another company that has strived to offer above average minimum wages at $12.50 per hour lately, and offering it's district managers making a salary of $75,000.
