I was browsing the Coldwell Banker Commercial website to see if there were any interesting listings and I came across this! The Timber Lodge Steakhouse located in Owatonna is up for sale.

If you don't know where this is, it's located right off of I-35 just 5 miles south of the Medford Outlet Centers. It's listed at $1,290,000.

I couldn't find a date that this was listed but under the "Documents" tab on the Coldwell Banker listing it says the Sale Brochure was updated 10 days ago, so I'm assuming that's when this listing was posted.

I browsed the Owatonna Timber Lodge Steakhouse Facebook page and website to see if I could find any information about them closing and found nothing.
