A few weeks ago I was having a major problem with peeling hard-boiled eggs, so I asked our listeners for help. Here's the result!

If you remember my video a couple weeks ago, I was showing you what I have to eat for our biggest loser challenge at Rejuv - hard-boiled eggs is a big part of the diet, and I sucked at cooking them. Not anymore though! Here's what I was told by our listeners to do...

  • Add salt to the pot of water.
  • Put the eggs into the cold water, then let it boil.
  • Let the eggs sit in the hot water after the stove is off, for about 10 minutes.
  • Rinse quickly with very cold water to super chill them.
  • Most important for not having sticky shells...use almost expired eggs!
